1. Introduction

Welcome to Bildon Timber Fascia Specialists(“We”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products. By engaging with us, whether as a builder, architect, contractor, or retail customer, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

Manufacturing and installation of timber fascia.
Installation of guttering, downpipes, and rainwater solutions.
Consultation and coordination with builders, architects, contractors, and retail customers.
3. Quotes and Contracts

3.1 Quotes: Quotes are provided based on the information given by the client and are valid for 90 days from the date issued. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs and other factors.

3.2 Contracts: Work will commence only after a formal contract has been signed by both parties. The contract will detail the scope of work, payment terms, and other relevant conditions.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposits: A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm your order.

4.2 Payments: Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the contract. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4.3 Invoices: Invoices will be issued upon completion of the work or at the stages outlined in the contract.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel the contract, you must provide written notice. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, you may be liable for cancellation fees as outlined in the contract.

5.2 Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling, but cannot guarantee availability.

6. Responsibilities and Obligations

6.1 Client’s Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.

6.2 Our Responsibilities: We will perform the work with reasonable skill and care, adhering to industry standards. We are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.

7. Warranty and Repairs

7.1 Product Warranty: Our timber fascia products come with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

7.2 Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 5-year warranty on workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or external factors.

7.3 Claims: Any issues or defects must be reported to us in writing within 5 days of discovery. We will assess and address any valid claims in accordance with the warranty terms.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, and intellectual property related to our services remain the property of Bildon Timber Fascia Specialists. You may not use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Building Act. 2004. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Building Act. 2004

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
