This Fascia & Rainwater Makeover, involved the replacement of fascia and spouting in a challenging environment, designed to improve the functionality, aesthetics and weather tightness of the building. Additionally, we added round 80mm downpipes to improve water flow, providing a more efficient rainwater management system.
